The problem

Complex Ticket Booking Process: Users find it challenging to book tickets smoothly, leading to frustration and delays while purchasing.

Design Approach

Results
The redesign of the Metro App focused on enhancing the overall user experience for commuters. By simplifying the ticket booking and card recharge processes, providing real-time updates, and improving the app's interface and accessibility, we aim to make commuting through the metro system more convenient and efficient for all users.
The success of this design approach will be measured through user feedback, increased app usage, and a reduction in customer complaints. Continuous monitoring and iterative improvements will be carried out to ensure that the Metro App remains a reliable and user-friendly platform for all commuters' needs. With these improvements, we hope to encourage more people to opt for public transportation, reducing traffic congestion and promoting sustainable urban mobility.
