The Problem

The findings from this user research indicate that restaurant owners face a number of challenges related to logistics, including inventory management, delivery and transportation, finding suitable suppliers, cost management, and food safety regulations. They are looking for solutions that can help simplify and streamline their logistics processes, minimize waste and reduce costs, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. These findings can be used to inform the development of logistics solutions that are specifically tailored to the needs and preferences of restaurant owners.
